  1. 01what is supercritical CO2 extraction?

it is the separation of oils and aromatic compounds from plant material using CO2 above its critical point (about 31 °C and 73.8 bar). when pressure is released, CO2 turns back into gas, the extract separates and the CO2 is recovered into the loop.

  2. 02how are your products made?

all seven products are obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction only. the extraction agent is natural carbon dioxide; no co-solvent is used. molecular distillation is not applied to current products; it is used per project.

  3. 03does CO2 remain in the products?

CO2 largely leaves when pressure is released. the product's properties are assessed against the parameters on its sheet and with an analysis report; we do not use unconditional phrases such as “zero residue”.

  4. 04are your products essential oils?

no. black seed, flaxseed, pomegranate seed, pumpkin seed and grape seed oils are fixed oils. the thyme and mint products are supercritical CO2 extracts.

  5. 05which category are the products in?

retail products are offered as food supplements. in b2b use, category and compliance are assessed separately against the target product's regulations.

  6. 06can i see the sheets and analysis reports?

the site shows product values: colour, density, iodine and saponification value, fatty acid distribution, peroxide, moisture and product-specific values. the full sheet and analysis reports are sent to you as a dedicated file, on request.

  7. 07are the products in serial production?

they are sample based today. batch records, batch analyses, the purity passport and sales links will be added with serial production.

  8. 08what is the tomato skin cycle?

lycopene is taken from the skin left over from tomato paste by supercritical extraction; plant protein is then made from the spent skin, then tomato skin fibre, and from the fibre bread and bioplastic. it is an upcycling example.

  9. 09how do i request a sample?

fill in the technical request form or write to us. samples ship with their available documents.

  10. 10what are the prices and minimum order quantities?

these are given at the quotation stage, with real figures, depending on ingredient, quantity and document needs.

  11. 11why don't you list health benefits?

an ingredient's benefit depends on the category and regulations of the product it is used in; this site makes no health claims. the directions for retail products are on the retail products page, as on the label.

  12. 12why does the retail label say histanbul?

the products are currently offered under the histanbul label. this is a deliberate, temporary choice.

  13. 13where can i buy the retail products?

the point of sale will be ekstrapazar. once ekstrapazar goes live, product links will appear on the retail products page.
